The algorithms powering PLNKTN are grounded in the Global Footprint Network's Consumption Land Use Matrix (https://www.footprintnetwork.org/licenses/) and derive from the National Footprint Accounts (http://data.footprintnetwork.org), recognized as the most authoritative sources for Ecological Footprint data worldwide.
